DATABASE PROGRAMMER

Job Scope

Design and develop stable, reliable and effective databases system with user friendly windows application.
Optimize and maintain databases system and application.
Liaise with management team to customize and improve system according to requests and establish best practices.
Perform quality assurance tests and ensure databases system meets company requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve errors, queries and issues in accurate and timely manner.
Maintaining accurate and complete programming documentations professionally
Provide reference documents for users by writing and maintaining SOP, user manual and etc.
Research, evaluate and recommend databases products, services, solutions and protocols to fulfill user’s requirements.
Provide programmatic guidance and support to team members when needed.

Qualification

At least Diploma in Computer Science or relevant field.
Experience in application and system software design, programming and support.
In depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security and monitoring)
Knowledge of software development and user interface applications and hands on experience with .Net Framework, C#, ASP.net, JavaScript, HTML and etc.
Hands on experience with Oracle, SQL Server or relevant database system.
Ability to understand users’ requirements and problem solving attitude.
Work independently and make necessary decisions within company policies.
