1. Copy Writer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write unique, creative content for corporate website, brochure, social media platform and marketing communication
  • To propose, develop creative concepts and effective message for brand awareness
  • To develop copywriting that is persuasive, engaging, accurate and market-driven across all communication platform
  • Possess eagle eyesight in details, detecting on spelling, grammatical, punctuation and other errors
  • Work closely with marketing team for brainstorming / conceptualizing of ideas
  • Translation of documents from Mandarin to English and vice versa
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication/Multimedia/Advertising or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates applicant are encouraged to apply
  • Strong command of Mandarin and English with copywriting skills

2. Graphic Designer + Animation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create new design, concepts and sample layout based on knowledge of layout
  • Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, product or services
  • Stay current with all social media industry developments and best practices
  • Creating digital images for the purpose of animation
  • Transferring audio/video files to be edited and manipulated digitally
  • Creating animated sequences using computer software
  • Works from a brief with a copywriter, generating ideas to present to client
  • Develops creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client’s objectives
  • Able to graphic design using WordPress, PHP, HTML
  • Think creatively to produce ideas
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Graphic, Creative Multimedia, Digital Design or equivalent
  • Recent graduates with relevant freelance experience are encouraged to apply
  • High level of skills with industry-standard software including but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and others design related tools
  • Understanding of HTML is added advantage

  • 协助项目经理完成软件项目的设计以及编码工作
  • 结合公司的各方面要求,为公司的线上以及线下的市场宣传呈现大胆新颖的设计理念
  • 与公司内部各部门保持良好的沟通联系,商讨及落实设计方案,包括基本用料,色调及风格等以满足客户的要求

3. Web Designer (SEO)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To support the Digital team in creating and maintaining our interactive websites and all other related online branding
  • Responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of the websites, or social media applications
  • Resourceful, creative and self-motivated with passion for keeping up with the latest design and cutting edge technology innovations, especially in web-related initiatives
  • Capable of researching, conceptualisation, design, development, maintenance and updates for websites
  • Optimistic about new challenges and willing to learn new things (fast learner)
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time


  • Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Multimedia / Web Design, or Computer Science / Information Technology with web design experience.
  • Candidates will ideally have at least one year’s experience in web design. Recent graduates with relevant freelance experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Required skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Adobe Acrobat experience.
  • Experience in HTML/PHP database and latest technologies is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, motivated and works with minimum supervision as well as being a team player.

4. Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to Managing Director with timely and accurate financial information.
  • Lead and guide the finance and accounting team and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions, data entry and upkeep of the computer financial information system.
  • To monitor month-end and day to day finance & accounting activities effectively and provide coaching to staff when necessary.
  • Oversee all company accounts matters.
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
  • Review monthly report (profit & Loss and Balance Sheet) of all divisions.
  • To perform on management reporting, budget control, cash management, forecasting and review Profit and Loss.
  • Handle all auditing, taxation, company secretarial and financial matters which involve liaison with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, suppliers, company secretaries, and lawyers.
  • Ensure compliance with the prevailing accounting standards and legislation.
  • Protect the organisation’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • To review daily cash management & banking transactions.
  • To arrange banking facilities and manage treasury activities on utilized fund.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.


  • MIA/ACCA or Degree in the related field o any other professionally recognised qualification.
  • Minimum five (5) years working experience in group financial reporting/ compliance.
  • Knowledge of Accounting System and UBS.
  • Possess strong leadership quality, result-oriented, able to meet deadlines, reliable, open minded with good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Operation Assistant – Based in Labuan (1 post)

Job Responsibilties:

  • Day to day operations of planning logistic.
  • Liaison with various authorities – Immigration Dept, Marine Dept, Agent and etc.
  • Email communication and liaising with client.
  • Always communicate through Phone Call and Whatsapp group with superior when required.
  • Always ready and alert to every instruction from Operation Manager or Operation Executive.


  • Preferable Male (Local from Labuan)
  • Age 21-35 years
  • Possessed Driving license (D)
  • Experienced as Operation Assistant is an advantage.
